  • Studio Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 20:00 PM; 

  • Customer Support Hours: Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 20:00 PM (via , email, or chat).

  • Hours may vary during holidays, and notifications will be posted at least two weeks in advance.


5. Return Policy

  • Unopened Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unopened items only.

  • Opened Items: Opened items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

10. Grievance Policy
